ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners "[b] the petitioners shall report before the respondent police Page No.1 of 4

daily at 10.30 a.m. for one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30063 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30063 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is relaxed.
