ORDER

This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to appoint a Sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes arisen between the petitioner and respondents under the Agreement for Joint Development dated 23.11.2012.

2. The parties have arrived at a settlement and a Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed before this Court, which have been signed by both the petitioner and the respondents and also by their respective counsel. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Arbitration Original Petition stands closed. The terms of Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
