COMMON ORDER Petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct re-enquiry with regard to domestic enquiry by furnishing documents relating to Na.Ka.No.177/2015 and 176/2015 dated 17.07.2015 to them. 2.The relief claimed by the petitioners is against the cooperative society. It is well settled that writ petition against the co-operative society is not maintainable in view of the Larger Bench judgment in K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal and another (2006 (4) CTC 689). Hence, both the writ petitions fail and the same are dismissed. No costs.
