This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned Notice dated 01.04.2019 passed in Na.Ka.2385/2018 A3 by the 1st respondent herein.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner was removed from service from the Agricultural https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Co-operative Credit Society by way of Government Order and the same was communicated to the petitioner and hence the prayer sought for this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
