When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.186 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506 (ii) of IPC.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with crime number.
