ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side ) for first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the matter is settled between the parties through mediation and both the counsel on record along with the respective parties have signed the memorandum of understanding dated 13.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, this revision is allowed by setting aside the order dated 15.04.2010 made in CMP.No.7111 of 2009 in CC.No.153 of 2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode and ordered accordingly to MOU dated 13.04.2017. The memorandum of understanding dated 13.04.2017, shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
