Respondent/Complainant Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Villupuram in C.M.P.No. 2831 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and appear and sign before the Trichy Cantonment Police daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for 30 days and may permit the petitioner shall report to the respondent police. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.2831 of 2022 to stay at Trichy and to sign before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are already staying at Trichy and reporting before the Police Station from 10.10.2021 till date.

3. Considering the same, the prayer, to modify the condition is allowed. The condition in the order dated 22.04.2022, to stay at Trichy is modified that they can reside at Villupuram and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter once in a week for a period of four weeks.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered as prayed for.
