This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.32 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2.As pointed out by Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous as charge sheet has been filed.

3.Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared before this Court and seeks permission of this to withdraw this petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
