ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.457 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22802 of 2024 dated Page No.1 of 4

21.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22802 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.457 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22802 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
