This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents or any other competent officer to register the complaint dated 19.03.2015 given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the complaint dated 19.03.2015 given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police, has been sent to the second respondent Police.
4. This Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
