J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted a letter dated 07.11.2017 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
