JUDGMENT

The above Revision is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India for a direction to the District Court, Thiruvallur to hear and decide EP.No.41 of 2018 within a time frame.

2. From the records, it is seen that in a connected Execution proceedings, EP.No.40 of 2018, a similar Revision was filed in CRP (PD)No.1637 of 2020 and this Court by order dated 16.09.2020 was pleased to direct the District Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the Execution Proceedings within a period of four months from the date of resumption of the Physical hearing of the Courts. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Diary extract in the instant EP would indicate that the matter has been adjourned even prior to the lock down from 27.09.2018 for the petitioners to provide the means evidence.

4. Considering the fact that this Court has earlier passed orders in CRP.No.1637 of 2020, there shall be a direction to the District Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of EP.No.41 of 2018 along with EP.No.40 of 2018 within a period of four(4) months from the date of resumption of the physical hearing of the courts. The learned Judge shall report compliance to the Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
