Though this application has been filed to suspend the Order of this Court in A.No.1578 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020, on interaction with the parties, this Court is of the view that the Order dated 06.08.2020 in A.No.1578 of 2020 shall continue until further Orders.

The only grievance of the wife/applicant is that video conferencing shall be monitored by some elder members of the family. In such view of the matter, in order to create a bondage between the child and the grand parents and the father of the child, the grand parents and the father shall interact with the child on the same day at the same time. In view of the same, no further Order is required in this application and this application is dismissed.

This arrangement shall continue till the pandemic situation is over. After the return of normalcy, the Order of this Court in O.P.No.964 of 2017 dated 23.04.2018 shall be followed by both sides. 02.11.2020 vrc http://www.judis.nic.in
