C.M.P.No.12229 of 2024 in S.A.No.141 of 2012 K.RAJASEKAR , J., This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the proposed respondent No.6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. There is no counter filed in this application.

4. The petitioner has claimed that he has purchased the property from the respondents 5 to 8 who are the legal heirs of the original defendant in the suit.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the subject matter of the property with regard to the pathway dispute, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main Second Appeal after two weeks for final hearing.
