The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Court, Thiruvallur, to hear and decide the Execution Petition in E.P.No.40 of 2018 pending on its file within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners to dispose of the Execution Petition within a stipulated time, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the District Court, Thiruvallur, to complete the proceedings in E.P.No.40 of 2018 in Arbitration Case No. 1 of 2015 pending on its file within a period of four months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
