Having regard to the fact that the petition is filed only to restore the above suit and the main contesting respondents, who are the plaintiffs have no objection in allowing this petition and also in order to give fair opportunity to the parties to agitate their rights on merits, this petition is ordered as prayed for and the appeal suit is taken on file.
