ORDER

Claiming to be a visually impaired person, the petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to permit him to run a small bunk shop. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Such a request can only be made before the Vending Committee constituted pursuant to the orders of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Vending Committee. No costs.
