(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8998 of 2020 on 30.06.2020 to report before the The Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram District, every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8898 of 2020 on 30.06.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8998 of 2020 on 30.06.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
