With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection at the hands of the third respondent to put up construction on the petitioner's property.
3. On a perusal of the records, it is revealed that the petitioner owns the property comprised in Survey No.353/2B2C to an extent of 843 sq.ft. at Mookandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. While that being so, the third respondent is disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property. The petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Without approaching the Civil Court, the petitioner approached this Court, that too seeking police protection to put up construction in his property. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered, and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
