This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the closure report passed in proceedings C.No.275/JCOP(SZ)/ COP/Email/2017 dated NIL by the 2nd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to register the complaint given on 30.03.2017 at 13.30 hours against the accused persons.

2.This petition has been filed to challenging the closure report filed by the 3rd respondent on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.03.2017. There is alternative remedy for the petitioner to lodge a private complaint under section 200 Cr.P.C.

3.In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition is devoid of merits and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
