This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.104 of 2014 on the file of the, Inspector of Police, Malaiyampalayam Police Station, Malaiyampalayam, Erode District, the second respondent herein to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Erode, Erode District, the third respondent herein.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case in Crime No.104/2014 was enquired into and referred as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

mistake of fact and refer charge sheet was filed on 19.01.2015 and the petitioner refused to receive the same.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a protest application before the Magistrate concerned.
