Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V. VARGEES AMAL RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7978 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 to appear before the Krishnagiri Town Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
