ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner's husband has given his land to Gandiban on lease and that the said Gandiban is not giving back the land. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an FIR.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
