Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further period to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.6443 of 2019 in and by its order dated 19.03.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DHANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time for depositing the amount directed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first installment of Rs.75,000/- has been deposited within the time stipulated by this Court. The second installment falls due on 29.04.2019 and the petitioner is not in a position to muster the funds, and therefore the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time by two weeks in order to comply with the second installment.
3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reason assigned by the petitioner for not being able to comply with the condition, the time for deposit of the second installment of a sum of Rs.50,000/- is extended by a period of two weeks from 29.04.2019. The third installment amount of Rs.50,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall be deposited within a period of three weeks from the date of payment of deposit of the 2nd installment.
