ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until Page No.1 of 4

further orders imposed in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.4464 of 2024 dated 05.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4464 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 is relaxed.
