The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of its holdings in S.Nos.702, 703, 704, 705/1, 705/3 & 706 of Hosur Village, Krishnagiri District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made an application for transfer of patta with respect to its holdings in question on 10.04.2012, which was acknowledged by the first respondent on 14.04.2012. However, till date, no steps have been taken on the said application. Hence, he issued a legal notice to the respondents on 04.06.2012. Even thereafter, there was no response on the part of the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who submitted that the petitioner did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
approach the respondent authorities with a proper representation enclosing all the documents.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, in order to give quietus to the issue, directs the petitioner to submit all the documents in support of their claim, along with a copy of representation said to have been submitted on 10.04.2012 as well as legal notice dated 04.06.2012, to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
