ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is an employee of one Sankar, who is said to have involved in a case in Crime No.118 of 2015 for offence under Section 307 IPC., and that he is absconding. When the police went to the house of this petitioner in search of the said Shankar, this petitioner has lodged the present complaint alleging that the Police had abused him by his caste name.

4. On a reading of the complaint, it does not inspire the confidence of this court in this case, inasmuch as this complaint is a counter blast to protect Shankar from being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

arrested. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
