ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC in crime No.236 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons broke open the defacto complainant's house and took away gold and silver articles along with cash Rs.55,000/-. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally three accused, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A3. He would further submit that the petitioner has seven previous cases, in which two cases are registered for the offences under Section 302 of IPC. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
