Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.A1/3831/2018 within a strict time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.A1/3831/2018 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of petitioner is that, the petitioner claims to be a owner of property in Survey No.14/2, situate at Seevaram Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District. According to him, a patta has been wrongly given to a third party. Hence, he has submitted a representation before the 1st respondent to cancel the above patta as early as on 18.07.2017 and based on his representation, the 2nd respondent has called https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
him to appear for enquiry on 11.02.2019. Thereafter, the enquiry was periodically adjourned. So far, the enquiry was not concluded and no order has been passed on his representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and to pass final orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
