This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6260 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6260 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 is relaxed.
