O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass an order on the representations given by the petitioner along with two others on 06.04.2015 and 15.07.2015 requesting to promote him as Cane Development Assistant on par with the order made in W.P.No.14067 of 1998 dated 01.09.2004.

2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representations to the respondents dated 06.04.2015 and 15.07.2015, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.04.2015 and 15.07.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner herein and after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
