COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for direction directing the respondent herein to release the admitted sum of Rs.60,34,000/- Rs.83,82,000/- respectively, towards GST in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296 dated 09.10.2017, to the petitioner along with interest within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in these petitions.
