ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 392 of IPC in Crime No.53 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.03.2020 at about 11.30 p.m., when the defacto complainant was on his two wheeler, he was way laid by some unknown persons and a sum of Rs.15,000/-, a mobile phone and original aadhar card were robbed from him. Hence, the respondent police arrested two accused persons and suspected the petitioner in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has four previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the allegations and also the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
