This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024 for issuance of patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the representation, this Court is unable to discern anything about the case of the petitioner. When the petitioner has not drafted his representation clearly to make the respondents understand his grievance, as a matter of right, a direction cannot be issued as sought by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the authorities concerned. No costs.
