PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation dated 20.03.2020 and the reminder dated 04.08.2020 of the petitioner submitted for disbursement of his retirement benefits i.e., the Gratuity, Enhancement of Earn Leave Salary, Enhancement of Leave on Private Affairs Salary, etc,..

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation dated 20.03.2020 and the reminder dated 04.08.2020 of the petitioner submitted for disbursement of his retirement benefits i.e., the Gratuity, Enhancement of Earn Leave Salary, Enhancement of Leave on Private Affairs Salary, etc,..

2. During the course of hearing, today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the representation dated 20.03.2020 and the reminder dated 04.08.2020 of the petitioner were considered and the entire retirement benefits i.e., the Gratuity, Enhancement of Earn Leave Salary, Enhancement of Leave on Private Affairs Salary, etc,.. were disbursed to the petitioner and as such, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is present before this Court, also agreed that the petitioner has received the entire retirement benefits.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the respective counsels, in the considered view of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this case.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

6. No Costs.

7. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, if any.
