ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation objecting to the proposed shifting and erection of electric pole. Seeking adjudication upon the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner to the fifth respondent dated 28.02.2020, we call upon the said authority to look into the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
