Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the representation for issue of joint patta dated 20.03.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2017, the respondent has not passed any order so far. 4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
