ORDER

This Court while allowing this writ petition on 13.08.2024, had directed the learned Judge, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the matter in ID.No.83 of 2019, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. On 18.12.2025, the Presiding Officer of the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, had addressed a letter to the Registrar General, Madras High Court, Chennai, stating that due to continuous boycott of Courts by advocates, the matter could not be disposed of. Therefore, he seeks further time to dispose of the same.

3. Considering the above request, a further period of 3 months is granted for disposing of the ID.
