CMP Nos.9701, 9705 & 9695 of 2021 in S.A.No.446 of 2008 CMP Nos.9701, 9705 & 9695 of 2021 in S.A.No.446 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2072 days in setting aside the abatement of the second appeal caused due to the death of 3rd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement of the above appeal caused due to death of 3rd respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 herein the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Ms.R.T.Sundari, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondents 5 to 7 and she has no objection to these applications being ordered.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for arguments on 20.08.2021.
