The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for to issue appropriate Writs, Order or Directions and in particular issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to notice dated 14/10/2004 and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous.
