Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Public Information Officer/Appellate Authority the respondents 2 and 3 to provide all information and documents requested by the petitioner in his application dated 26.12.2013 by implement the State Information Commission order in case No.7723/enquiry/D/2014(23872/D/2014, dated 13.04.2015) and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay a penalty of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner consequently direct the 4th respondent to initiate a disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer, Appellate Authority.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Public Information Officer/Appellate Authority viz., the respondents 2 and 3 to provide all the information and documents requested by the petitioner in his application dated 26.12.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file a petition for amendment to challenge the order passed by the fourth respondent.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition can be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge a portion of the order of the fourth respondent denying further relief to him. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with the liberty. No costs.
