Being the balance amount payable under the "New Health Insurance Scheme,2014 for pensioners (including spouse)/Family pensioners scheme"(Policy No.:010600/48/14/41/00000030).

O R D E R

Mr.P.Sankara Narayanan, the learned counsel for the Third Respondent made a submission that in the event of submitting all the original medical bills and other relevant documents by the Writ Petitioner, the case of the Writ Petitioner would be considered for Medical reimbursement as per the terms and conditions of the scheme.

2.In view of the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the Third Respondent, the Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish all the Medical bills and other medical documents to the Third Respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the documents from the Writ Petitioner, the Third Respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with the Scheme and pass orders within four weeks, thereafter. In view of the undertaking given, the order impugned need not be implemented. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
