relating to the impugned orders of the first respondent in Se.Mu.No.8529/Si.Pa.1/2012-I dated 21.09.2012 and Se.Mu.No.8529/Si.Pa.1/2012-2 dated 21.09.2012 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment as Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce) / Post Graduate Assistant (Economics) for teaching the Deaf with effect from the date of the impugned orders and grant him all consequential benefits.

This Writ Petition is filed, challenging the orders of the 1st respondent dated 21.09.2012 and for the consequential direction to the 1st respondent to consider and appoint the petitioner to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce) for teaching the deaf with effect from the date of the impugned orders.

2. At the time of filing the Writ Petition, the petitioner is aged 51 years and as on today, the petitioner should have already reached the age of superannuation and relief sought for by the petitioner to consider and appoint him to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce) cannot be considered as the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
