CRIME NO.12/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on Every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.21831/2021 dated 01/04/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21831 of 2021 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
