..Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal dated 06.06.2020, sent by the petitioner in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.06.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property. However, patta was obtained by the third respondent in his name. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 06.06.2020. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.06.2020, strictly in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the third respondent before conducting enquiry and passing the final order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the first respondent along with the copy of the appeal dated 06.06.2020 and a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
