ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1-A), 4(1)(aaa) of the T.N.P. Act, 1937 and sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules, 2000, in Crime No.916 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 200 ltrs. of ID Arrack. Hence, the complaint was registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was found in possession of 200 ltrs. of ID Arrack. He would also submit that the petitioner has got ten previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case as also the fact that the petitioner has got ten previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
