This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the names of the 1st petitioner and 3rd petitioner as Suriyagandhi alias Surya and Egavalli Alias Yagavalli respectively instead of Suryagandhi and Egavalli in the Anticipatory Bail petition and the Anticipatory Bail Order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5496 of 2026 dated 04.032026 on the file of this court. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only names have been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5496 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026.
