ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records from the 2nd respondent's order dated 05.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct continuous demonstration at before Anna Statue, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District on 31.08.2018 or any other date.

2. As the period has been lapsed for conducting demonstration, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
