For the reasons stated in paragraph 12 of affidavit dated 31.03.2023 filed accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 441 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned. The petitioner has already been granted leave and the reasons set out in that petition would, additionally, support the present Miscellaneous Petition as well. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
