ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was arrested on 30.03.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., altered to section 306 of IPC in Crime No.282 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner coerced the victim girl by taking videographs of her in compromising positions and later, threatened her. This led her to commit suicide necessitating originally registration of FIR in Crime No.282/2022 on 30.03.2022 u/s.174 of Cr.P.C., subsequently altered to 306 of IPC. It is stated that the victim had also written a suicide note.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the name of the petitioner is not given in the suicide note. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the mobile phone of the petitioner has been seized and materials are available to inculcate the petitioner in the offence.

4.In view of those facts, this being the first application, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Hence, the petition is dismissed.
